SEFO works with more than one thousand families of small farmers communities Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca and Tarija deparments of Bolivia. In these places the company has centres for technical assistence and seed storage facilities. Having started with only maize and  oats, nowadays SEFO produces seeds of more than forty forage and pasture species, offering varieties of each.

The small farmers of Bolivia understand their environments and know what and how to produce. SEFO complements their practical experience with up-to-date technology and marketing, by providing equipment and inputs, buying and processing the harvest, an the marketing the seeds.
